Heriba's classic pick ensures your grip won't slip!

The typical sound of nylon ? warm, full and articulate. Make that great, warm snappy ?plop? sound when the bend themselves back into shape after striking ? wonderful.

Heriba uses a special nylon mixed in their workshop which not only makes the picks basically indestructible, but also gives them ideal acoustic properties.

The nylon used for the Moulded Picks is more flexible than with other plectrums. The raised thumbgrip, which features a textured depression, makes the picks very easy to hold. One of the main problems with nylon picks is the slippery surface. This causes guitarists to grip them tighter, which is tiring if you have to play for a long time. The thumbgrip solves this problem quite elegantly.

Shapes:

The picks are available as standard, rounded triangle and teardrop. The teardrop pick is a bit longer and can be cut to fit, if wished. Or you can use them like U2's The Edge, namely the other way round.

Gauges:

Heriba Moulded Picks come in two gauges ? soft and hard. Soft is close to medium-heavy, whereas hard is more or less extra-heavy. Heriba's Nylon Picks are recommended for people who like thinner gauges.

Tone:

The famous click. The highs shine through first, followed by the bass. This short lag creates a full sound, simulating the resonance of a large body guitar. A lot of pressure from the lows, good highs and brilliance, slender mids.

You'll become addicted to nylon as soon as you've gotten used to it. The sound on striking is much more coloured and warm, it seems as if the tone comes to life.
